VERIFY YOUR AGE WITH INVERITE

On the checkout page, select “ I will upload my ID document using Inverite Age Verify (fastest)” and fill in your billing information. Your shipping First Name and Last Name will be set automatically from the ID document that you upload.

When you have filled in the rest of the fields, press “ Place Order” to proceed to the Inverite verification page.  Follow the instructions to upload the front and the rear of your ID document, and press “I Agree” to submit the documents for verification.

*Canadian ID only – please note that we cannot accept ID from other countries as this is a Canadian Exclusive business.

What forms of ID can I use with Inverite?

  • Driver’s License
  • National ID Card
  • Passport

Troubleshooting Tips:

Make sure:

  • you’re NOT using a webcam to take a photo.
  • your card is on a flat surface.
  • your card is horizontal (example).
  • your camera lens is clean.
  • your picture doesn’t have shadows.
  • your picture is straight and clear.
  • your picture is less than 5mb.

If the above doesn’t work, just close the window, and email us at [email protected] with your order number and your ID document, and we will manually verify your ID document and approve your account.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay for your order by Interac e-Transfer.

• When paying by Interac, select “Interac e-Transfer” as your payment method. Instructions will be provided in your online invoice. Orders will ship only after your e-Transfer has been received.  Your order will be cancelled if payment isn’t received within 48 hours of placing it.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment. Canada Post Expedited Parcels can take from 3-7 business days to reach you. Canada Post Xpresspost can take from 2-3 business days to reach you, depending on where you live. Sometimes it takes longer if you are located in a remote area.  All shipments will have tracking numbers that will be sent to you once it has been shipped.  That way your package is GUARANTEED to be replaced if lost.

HOW DO I ENSURE I GET MY ORDER?
 

Our packages are sent via Canada Post.  You will receive a tracking number in your email.  If for any reason the package does not arrive, we will make arrangements to replace it. 

IS THIS FOR REAL?

Yes this is for real, we are a legitimate organization whose goal is to provide high grade cannabis and cannabis products to Canadians. We believe that cannabis should be made available to all Canadians in a safe and responsible way.  The laws have now been heading in the right direction, and as of 2018 recreational cannabis is legal throughout Canada.

CAN SOMEONE TELL WHAT'S IN THE ENVELOPE?

All our packages are sent vacuum sealed to avoid any scent.  We do our best to ensure that our packaging is discreet and nondescript so it just looks like any other regular mail.  Discretion is our highest concern…

 
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Absolutely NOT, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. We only ship in Canada

WILL I BE ASKED FOR ID?

Yes, age verification is needed to create an order and all packages delivered will be asked for ID to prove that the person is over 19 years of age.  

DO YOU DO SAME DAY DELIVERIES?

No, we are a mail order service only.
